Senior Project Manager / Project Manager ( Interior Fitout )

Our client is a leading contractor specializing in high-quality fitting-out and refurbishment projects, is seeking an experienced Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager.

Job Duties:

• Direct the full lifecycle of interior fitout projects, taking them from initial planning and budgeting right through to successful handover.
• Guide and inspire your teams to deliver exceptional work on schedule and with maximum efficiency.
• Craft comprehensive project roadmaps, track milestones, and proactively resolve potential roadblocks before they become issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and local authorities.
• Handle vendor negotiations, material sourcing, and overall project financials to ensure healthy budgets.
• Champion worksite safety by enforcing all health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by finding smarter ways to work and establishing new best practices.

Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, Project Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in project management, ideally within the interior fitout or commercial interiors sector.
• A solid grasp of design and construction methodologies, coupled with the ability to easily decipher architectural blueprints and technical plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with clients, sub-contractors, and internal crews.
• Hands-on experience with project management platforms like MS Project or equivalent software.
• A knack for thriving in fast-paced environments while flawlessly juggling multiple projects without compromising on quality.
