Senior Architect / Associate (HKIA & AP)

Employer:
Our client is a global MNC and a leading tier-1 architectural consultancy in Hong Kong, and they are currently looking for an experienced Architect to spearhead project delivery across the region.

Job Duties:

• Manage a diverse range of projects including Government, institutional, and private sector developments.
• Lead project planning and coordination, ensuring smooth delivery from concept design to construction completion.
• Oversee the preparation of schematic designs, tender documents, and detailed technical drawings.
• Act as the key point of contact for project management, contract administration, and client meetings.
• Supervise and mentor project teams, providing technical guidance and professional training.
• Ensure all project stages comply with quality standards and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Architecture.
• 10+ of professional experience in architecture, project management, or property development for both Government and Private sector.
• Qualification: HKIA and Authorized Person (Architect)
• Strong expertise in design, contract administration, and Hong Kong building regulations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex project schedules.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work effectively under pressure.
