Quantity Surveyor - Office Fitting Out

Our client is a leading contractor specializing in high-quality fitting-out and refurbishment projects, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

Job Duties:

• Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for fitting-out projects.
• Prepare and manage bills of quantities, tender documents, and contracts.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure project viability.
• Handle subcontractor and supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing.
• Monitor project finances, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Manage contractual documentation, variations, and claims.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in fitting-out or refurbishment projects.
• Strong expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management.
• Proficient in supplier and subcontractor negotiation.
• Familiarity with statutory compliance and local construction practices in Hong Kong.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional certification (e.g., RICS, HKIS) is an advantage.
