Our client is an international Interior Design & Construction company. They are looking for a Project Administrator to support their internal project team.
We're seeking a talented Project Administrator to join our client Hong Kong office and play a key role in supporting the project team. With your expertise in project accounting and administration, you'll be responsible for keeping our projects running smoothly from start to finish. From preparing project documents and managing invoices, quotations, purchase orders, budgets, cost reports to assisting liaising with vendors, suppliers, contractors and clients, your attention to detail and communication skills will be put to the test. You will also need to coordinate meetings, provide administrative support to your project team members.

Particular skills required to fulfil this position include:

Tertiary education or relevant disciplines

Experience as an administrator or similar position with basic knowledge in
accounting will be an advantage

Proactive, ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a
team.

Proficient in Microsoft office, including Excel, Word and outlook

Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese are
essential
