Draftsman (Interior Fitting-out)

Employer:
Our client is a boutique and growing interior design and build firm in Hong Kong, renowned for delivering high-quality fitting-out projects for the Grade A office sector. To support their expanding project pipeline, they are looking for a detail-oriented Draftsman to join their professional team.

Job Duties:

• Produce, amend, and maintain high-quality CAD drawings, including design layouts, tender drawings, and detailed working drawings.
• Coordinate with project teams, designers, and engineers to ensure drawings are accurately updated according to site conditions.
• Prepare technical documentation such as submission drawings and as-built drawings in accordance with project standards.
• Assist in project coordination tasks, including the preparation of quotations, tender documents, and Schedules of Rates (SOR).
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth information flow and project updates.
• Provide comprehensive project support, including document formatting, meeting coordination, and maintaining organized project files.
• Support day-to-day operations and site-related matters to ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above; relevant certification in Interior Design or Drafting is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the interior fitting-out industry (experience in office projects is an advantage).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and PowerPoint; knowledge of SketchUp or Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
• Solid understanding of construction detailing and drawing standards.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, independent, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
