Project Coordinator (Office fitting out)
Employer:
Our client is a well-established contractor with a diverse portfolio of business, encompassing office interior fitting out, A&A work, etc. To deal with their upcoming projects, they are now expanding their project team with a Project Coordinator.
Job Duties:
- Assist project manager in project planning, scheduling, etc.
- Prepare project documentation for tendering and cost control.
- Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractor, consultant, supplier, etc.
- Coordinate and review the shop drawing with designer and sub-contractors.
- Monitor site progress, attend site meeting.
- Handling fit-out Autocad drawings.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above holder in Construction Management, Interior Design, Building Studies or related discipline
- Min. 2+ years of experience in interior fitting out projects.
- Experiences in Grade A office fitting out project is a big advantage.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS project, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Good command in written and spoken in English & Chinese
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
