Project Coordinator (Office fitting out)


Employer:

Our client is a well-established contractor with a diverse portfolio of business, encompassing office interior fitting out, A&A work, etc. To deal with their upcoming projects, they are now expanding their project team with a Project Coordinator.


Job Duties:

  • Assist project manager in project planning, scheduling, etc.
  • Prepare project documentation for tendering and cost control.
  • Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractor, consultant, supplier, etc.
  • Coordinate and review the shop drawing with designer and sub-contractors.
  • Monitor site progress, attend site meeting.
  • Handling fit-out Autocad drawings.


Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above holder in Construction Management, Interior Design, Building Studies or related discipline
  • Min. 2+ years of experience in interior fitting out projects.
  • Experiences in Grade A office fitting out project is a big advantage.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS project, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Good command in written and spoken in English & Chinese
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome.
