Senior Architect - Prestigious Retail Projects

Our client is a Hong Kong-based design studio recognized for its bold, high octane architectural work with some of the world's most iconic brands.

They are hiring a Registered Architect with comprehensive facade design experience, from concept to project delivery to join them.

Job Duties:

• Oversee project workflows from concept to delivery for PRC-based interior and architectural projects.
• Coordinate with internal design teams, external consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
• Manage project schedules, technical documentation, and design deliverables.
• Oversee the production of comprehensive tender and construction drawing sets, ensuring high-quality technical standards.
• Ensure alignment with brand standards, design intent, and local regulations.
• Represent the studio in client meetings, site visits, and coordination calls (Chinese & English required)

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• 6-10 years of experience in architectural/ interior project management.
• Professional architectural registration is preferred, i.e HKIA, AIA, RIBA, etc.
• Familiarity with high-end retail projects is a strong plus.
• Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Willing to travel for work.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple stakeholder
